i know what cmd.exe is but i am not familiar with CPPDEBUG.

I suggest you view part 3. CMD is a program that comes with Windows. There is no setup, downloading or installing of any software required. However, if you are unfamiliar with using cmd.exe there are hundreds, maybe thousands of tutorials on YouTube.
ok then. CMD where would i locate CPPDEBUG? Do i download that or is it all ready installed with windows?
