Delphi Programming Tutorial #115 – Syntax Highlighting Colors Have you changed your default colors in Delphi? If not you probably should. With adjusting the colors you can gain greater insight into your code, you can reduce the strain on your eyes and you can make Delphi look just plain cooler.

It is still very weak as far as options go.
‘identifier’ colour is far to broad.
Visual Studio has a different colour for classes, and other user defined types but Delphi doesn’t.
Visual Studio has the ability to change almost everything, and resharper makes it everything.
JetBrains stuff is better. Eclipse is better.
Delphi ide theme editor does not expand on anything. It just makes many variations on the same limited theme possible.
It is of limited worth.
